A great natural laxative for cats is canned pumpkin (not pie filling). They like the taste and it seems to move things along well. If they are not peeing, constipation remedies will not help. Going a couple of days without pooing is not that worrying. It's the lack of pee I'd worry about. However if this is not normal for them, or goes longer than 24 hours without pee personally I'd want to at least call a vet for advice. If urine is blocked and they can't pee it can kill quite quickly. If they start showing any other symptoms, especially any distress, get them to the vet immediately.
