If they also aren't peeing, there could be a dehydration issue. A great natural laxative for cats is canned pumpkin (not pie filling). They like the taste and it seems to move things along well. But if your cats aren't using the bathroom at all, they need more than home remedies.
References :
Constipation is what happens when they can't poo. If they are not peeing, constipation remedies will not help. Going a couple of days without pooing is not that worrying. It's the lack of pee I'd worry about.

I do know some cats who normally pee once a day and poo every 2, and have been known to miss day. However if this is not normal for them, or goes longer than 24 hours without pee personally I'd want to at least call a vet for advice. If urine is blocked and they can't pee it can kill quite quickly. If they start showing any other symptoms, especially any distress, get them to the vet immediately.

If you think they might be constipated as well, then you can give them pumpkin for that.
References :
I'm a cat sitter, so know quite a few cats' toilet habits!

Two natural remedies.1.Mineral oil.2.Olive oil.The third is PetroMalt.
Also,no matter how high of quality of diet you feed your cats (and I
have read your answers, you feed your cats premium food) this will
prevent hairballs.
References :
Cat rescue volunteer

Give her olive oil. It may be difficult to get her to take it. Try mixing with milk. It does work
