What I understand about anxiety has great relation between your health that affected your anxious mind, and most mild anxiety can be cured when your health is restored, while more severe cases will require medication and psychological treatment. We normally encourage and promote natural treatment, anything that would help restore your health and make you a better person are highly recommended.

If I might add a few helpful suggestions of my own, I have found that  natural anxiety remedies are very effective, such as; St.John&#039;s Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan. There&#039;s also cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and programs like Panic Away and The Linden Method, to name a few. Hope this helps!</description>
