2) Have a sincere look at your overall lifestyle. We discussed the importance of exercise, but also you need to review your diet. Are you eating too many processed foods (junk food). Does your diet include the right amount of vegetables and fibre.
3) Are you acquiring the correct amount of rest. The greater number of us require a good 7-8 hours of sleep to feel rested. This will prepare us so much better for the stresses of daily life.
4) Do try to make an effort to assimilate a daily exercise routine into your day. As well as helping with your overall health, you will detect that you can deal with panic attacks so much better
