When you are in the midst of a panic attack, you can scarcely concentrate on anything else. Your entire focus is on your thoughts. Everything else appears hazy to you. You are in a completely negative frame of mind and are hell bent on belittling yourself. At the same time, embarrassment crosses your mind and you hate to think that others might be laughing at you. Although you realize that there is nothing to be panicky about, yet you cannot help getting the attacks.
