No cocaine, don’t do stupid sh*t that can kill you. You can’t die from Marijuana.
I’d seriously consider taking up smoking. I have the exact same problem as you, I’ve had seizures my panic attacks got so bad. Marijuana has solved all my mental problems and then some. I’m a much better person because of it.

NO MEDS, THAT SH*T WILL RUIN YOU.

  8. Bad ideas – weed can make you paranoid.

No, how about take a vacation (if you can or if you’re at a job that’st stressing you out).

Actually, EXERCISE, I can guarantee you….even it you HATE it will relieve stress, anxiety and depression. Try it – go for a long walk or a run, and tell me if you feel anxious during or right afterwards. Don’t believe me…..try it. If you’re that serious about alleviating it….you’ll do it.

    Good Luck.

Its all about learning to love anxiety free little by little until you can go anxiety free altogether. If you have panic attacks then get it! Oh and exercise will help a little. When you feel anxiety you need to get up and get busy!!!! dont sit around thinking about it even if you feel debilitated get up!!

  18. i went to a camp for the summer last year and it helped me get over my anxiety by doing things that make you uncomfortable and then you realize it isn’t so bad. you could have OCD, just like me only i got over it with the support of my family and my friends. it was hard it will take a while if you choose to do what you fear. it doesnt seem to work at first but once you keep doing it you feel a drop at your anxiety level. first scale how worried you are(1-10) then try the exposure and rate how bad it was(1-10). you do this everyday once you will be cured soon just give urself a chance and keep working at it. its kinda like giving yourself homework but its so worth it at least you dont have to have school if you are younger but trust me it is worth it in the end after a while of this it will get better. try to keep at it the first week but you wont feel much of a difference but when you start progressing it will be better just keep it up and promise yourself you will keep it up.
