Make some several trips up and down stairs instead of using the elevator and, if possible, walk instead of taking the bus.

If you take tea or coffee with less sugar or no sugar, this will help to maintain or cut down the weight. Don’t use an artificial sweetener. If you regularly drink soda or alcohol, cut down on it.

First we must examine what exactly stress is and what happens to the body during stress. Stress is something everyone experiences every day and a natural part of life.
